Supervised Pond Dipping

1.30pm – 4.00pm

Supervised Pond Dipping restarts on Sunday 24th May  (SUNDAY AFTERNOONS ONLY) and will include Wednesday afternoons during the summer holidays, starting Wednesday 29th July

The final dipping session will be on Sunday 30th August

All equipment provided, please DO NOT bring your own nets

12 Dipping stations have been set up to enable children to see what creatures live on and, in the water, guided by our knowledgeable volunteer team

To make sure as many children as possible can safely take part, we are setting a limit of 2 children from any one family or group, dipping at a time

The ponds maybe busy, so we will manage the length of time each person can dip and we may ask you to walk around the reserve for a while and return when quieter
